1,2. Personal Account: O.A.C. Subject to terms of the Flexiti cardholder agreement. Minimum purchase of $299.99 excluding taxes required for 6- and 12-month promotional plans. Promotional period may be 3 months, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months and will be disclosed prior to the completion of the transaction. Promotional plans and available interest rates vary based on applicant’s creditworthiness at time of application. Initial cardholder agreement annual interest rate (Account AIR) is disclosed upon approval, varies based on cardholder’s creditworthiness at time of application.

Deferred payment - interest accrues, no payments. No payments are due on purchases made under this promotion until the promotion’s expiry date. No interest is payable during the promotional period, however, interest at the Account AIR applicable to regular credit purchases accrues from the transaction posting date and the accrued interest will be charged to your account if the promotional balance is not paid in full by the promotion’s expiry date and any outstanding balance which was subject to the promotion will be treated as a regular credit purchase.

Equal monthly payments - no interest. No interest is payable for the duration of the promotional term on the balance subject to the promotion. The balance subject to the promotion is to be paid in equal monthly payments comprising principal and promotional interest, any applicable fees, and optional payment protection insurance premiums and taxes, if applicable, for the duration of the promotional term.

If any required payment is missed, all promotional offers on the account may be cancelled and upon cancellation, interest will be calculated at the Account AIR. Any balance at the end of the promotional period bears interest at the Account AIR. Current Account AIRs are 31.99% - 34.99%. Administrative fees may apply (not applicable for Quebec residents) depending on the merchant and will be financed with purchase; fee amounts are based on purchase amount and promotional plan term length and are payable in full if the promotion is paid off early. Admin fee of $29.99 applies for 6 month plans and $59.99 applies for 12 month plans and will be financed with purchase and is payable in full if the promo is paid off early (not applicable for Quebec residents). Annual fee $39.99 applies for residents of Quebec. Deferred payment plans with “no payments” are not available for Quebec residents. Notifications on changes to promotions and terms will be provided as required by law.

Promotional plans are conditional upon meeting identification and verification requirements and subject to having credit approval and a valid email address. Gift Cards, Pre-Paid Cards and Postage Stamps cannot be financed.

Notifications on changes to promotions and terms will be provided as required by legislation.
