- Track and Redirect: Use your FedEx tracking number at fedex.ca/mobiletracking or download the FedEx Mobile app. Select 'Hold at Location' and choose a nearby Staples store for pickup.
- Set Delivery Preferences: Use FedEx® Delivery Manager to designate your preferred Staples store for future shipments.
- Ready for Pickup: Once your delivery status shows as 'Ready for pickup' in your tracking details, head to the designated Staples store to collect your package.
